We do not collect or store any personal therapy notes or private health records through the self-guided course platform.

Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel within Hills and Valleys Counselling Services for program support purposes only.
5. Confidentiality and Limitations
While Cloud iDBT provides evidence-based DBT education and skills training, it is not a replacement for therapy or emergency mental health support. Please do not share sensitive personal details through course discussion areas or public forums.
