About the Creator

Created by a Clinician Who Understands the Need Cloud iDBT was developed by Taryn Sharpe, MSW, RSW, a clinical social worker specializing in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and complex mental health treatment. After years working with individuals facing trauma, emotional dysregulation, and addiction, she recognized the need for accessible, structured DBT programs outside of overwhelmed public systems.
